3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Patients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • If you are late, your appointment time may be shortened or rescheduled at the practitioner’s discretion.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is accepted via cash or card only. No online payments are available.

  • No refunds are given for completed treatments.

  • Maya Mistry Podiatry is fully insured and registered with the HCPC and the Royal College of Podiatry.
