Nail Care
Maintaining trimmed and healthy nails is essential for preventing infections and supporting overall foot health. This includes addressing issues such as fungal infections and ingrowing toenails.
-
Corns and Callus
Treatment involves safely removing thickened skin caused by friction or pressure. This helps relieve pain and prevents further skin complications.
-
Arch Pain
Often caused by conditions such as flat feet or overuse, arch pain can make walking or standing for long periods difficult.
-
Ingrowing Toenails
Occurs when the toenail grows into the surrounding skin, causing pain and discomfort. Treatment may involve trimming or partially removing the affected nail.
-
Verrucas
Verrucae are warts that appear on the soles of the feet, caused by a viral infection. Treatment is carried out using topical medication.
-
Orthotics
Orthotics are shoe insoles designed to correct foot alignment, improve comfort, and support proper movement.
-
Diabetic Assessment
Treatment includes foot health assessment in diabetics, by checking for infections, nerve damage, circulation issues and deformities, aiming to prevent further complications.
-
Biomechanical Assessment
A Biomechanical Assessment helps to analyse movement patterns, posture, and balance. It is used to enhance performance and prevent injuries.
